Gunman opens
fi re on Marine
Park rappers

A gunman opened fire on a
group of teenagers filming a
rap video in Marine Park on
last week.
The shooter fired several
rounds from a black SUV as
the teens filmed their music
video in front of an Avenue
S candy store near E. 36th
Street at 7:40 p.m. on July 30,
according to police.
No one was injured as a
result of the drive by shooting,
although a car parked
nearby was damaged in the
attack, cops said.
Marine Parkers took to
Facebook to discuss the
shooting, where a witness
claims one of the teen rappers
returned fire.

No arrests have been
made in the case, which remains
ongoing, cops said.
