Why Covid Vaccines Matter
It is in everyone’ best interests to
get the Covid vaccine.
The vaccine is proven to be safe.
It is now authorized fully by the FDA.
It is easy to find a location for the vaccine.
The vaccine is free.
When vaccinated you protect your
family and friends from possibly getting
the disease. Those who have
taken the vaccine shot are 10x safer
from the variant which is more serious
that the standard Covid 19. You
see the dealths across the country
from Covid are usually from unvaccinated
people who leave a family
behind. No vaccine is 100% effective
however it has been proven that
those vaccinated against Covid will
fare a lot easier if they contract the
Delta variant and not usually require
hospitalization.
Don’t be selfish.
There are a limited number of
hospital beds.
Those not vaccinated will take a
valuable bed from someone who has
a heart attack, dangerous condition,
emergency need and use of a ventilator
that would normally go to a selfless
individual who took the vaccine
but was stricken by another serious
ailment.
The same hesitancy existed for
most new vaccines. Expansive use of
vaccines have fought serious illness
such as Polio.
We have come a long way with
treatment and vaccines. They are
created to save lives, perhaps yours.
Another major life advantage is
that many companies at our airports
are hiring. They are giving great incentives
such as cash bonuses to
join their team.
Vaccine mandates will likely begin
to be implemented at the company
you wish to get a job.
Don’t let vaccine hesitancy prevent
you from a promising career at
one of the fine aviation companies at
our airports.
Be safe. Be proactive. Be healthy.
Be a good citizen.
International
Flights
Proof of vaccine, proof of PCR
testing within 72 hours of flight time
and potential quarantines are now
to be expected on those countries
allowing foreighners into their countries.
Check with your airline for
requrements or visit
Passports: Many countries require
your passport have 3 to 6
months validity remaining before
they will allow you to enter or issue
a travel visa.
