and Nathan Tillis are hosting Yes
(St)and, an improv and standup
show where four performers
from each comedic form draw
from a hat to determine which
style they must perform. This
could be some of the comedians
fi rst time performing improv or
standup.

Dominic Fogarty attract his
audiences with his British

Samul-nori — Noreum Machi is
coming to Northern Boulevard
to present a performance
of percussion music called,
Samul-nori. Originated in
Korea, the word “samul-nori”
is translated to four objectsplay.
Four musical instruments
known as pungmul is used to
perform this style of music.
Along with their performance
is percussion dialogues,
shamantic chants, and
acrobatic dancing.
When: Friday, March 1, at 8 p.m.

Panorama Challenge — Go
get quizzed on NYC-based
questions while judges provide
hints and clues on the Queens
Museum Panorama of the City
of New York with their laser
pointers. If you’re interested

Latin and Caribbean Dancing
— Katch Astoria is inviting
everyone for a night providing
free dance lessons, three live
DJ’s battling for attention, and
free Quiet Events headphones

switch between which DJ you
want to listen to. The DJ’s
will perform a mix of Dance,
Hip-Hop, Salsa, Merengue,
Bachata,etc.

Sunday Hike — Led by Alley
Pond’s Urban Park Rangers,
you will explore hidden areas
of Alley Pond Park that are off
limits to the general public.
Whether you’re open for a
moderate exercise, a nature
expedition, or a historical lesson
on the park’s background to
spend your Sunday morning,
this is the event for you. It
is recommended you wear
comfortable sneakers or boots
and pack water and a light
snack.

“Hidden Fences” — Written
and performed by Jordan
Temple, “Hidden Fences” is
a parody play in response
to the “Hidden Figures” and
“Fences” mix-up made by The
Golden Globes and Academy
Awards. Temple is notable for
his standup debut on “Conan”
and is the newest writer for the
Amazon series, “The Marvelous
Mrs. Maisel”. Performing
alongside some special
guests, he will also be joined
by “Mrs. Maisel” writers, Noah
Gardenswartz and Alison Leiby.

Pokemon Club — The club will
