Ferrara, Douglas Caffarone, Brien Kelley, Anthony Hill and John DeCristoforo, NEW BOARD MEMBERS INSTALLED AT METRO BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB During its last meeting of the year, the Metro Boys and Girls Club board of directors recognized four individuals for their support of the youth organization. Carol Simon and Douglas Caffarone, both of whom are retiring from the board, received plaques for their years of service. Joseph J. Ferrara also received special recognition for his financial support to the group, while Nina Zieling was honored for her volunteer work. In a related story, the Metro Boys and Girls Club received a donation of 300 new, unwrapped toys from United Parcel Services (UPS). Metro Boys and Girls Club CEO John DeCristoforo accepted the donation from the initiative, which was launched by Metro Boys and Girls Club Board President Joseph Liana and continues under the guidance of club members and UPS employees Joe Reimo and Al Falco.
