Lane Campus near Dexter Court. They were accompanied by a host of participants including school groups, the Franklin K. Lane Junior ROTC, the Woodhaven History Club, the East Coast Car Association and the Greater Woodhaven Development Corporation, which sponsored the event. Hundreds of children of all ages lined Jamaica Avenue to take in the festivities on a chilly yet sunny Saturday morning on Woodhaven’s premier shopping strip. Some of the lucky participants even got the chance to take pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the end of the parade.
