Crook breaks into car
parked in LIC
Cops are looking for a crook who broke
into a parked car in Long Island City earlier
this month and took off with credit
cards.
According to police, an unknown man
broke into an unoccupied parked car at
1 a.m. on Nov. 6 at the corner of 13th
Street and 43rd Avenue by breaking open
the front passenger window. Once he had
access to the inside of the vehicle, the suspect
took a bag that had credit cards in it,
cops said.
Th e suspect then fl ed the scene in an
unknown direction.
On Nov. 21, the NYPD released video
of the suspect taken from a street surveillance
camera.

Thief steals body wash
from Flushing Rite Aid
Cops are looking for the thief who stole
body wash from a Rite Aid in Flushing
earlier this week.
Police say the crook entered the Rite
Aid at 144-29 Northern Blvd. at approximately
4 a.m. on Nov. 18. Th e suspect
attempted to shoplift multiple bottles of
body wash and was approached by a security
offi cer when he displayed a knife and
threatened the offi cer.
Th e suspect was last seen wearing a
black hooded sweatshirt and black pants.

Three wanted for fi ghting
couple on Queens train
Cops are looking for three men who
assaulted a couple and antagonized their
dog while on the train Wednesday in
Kew Gardens.
According to authorities, at 12:30 p.m.
on Nov. 20, a man and woman were riding
a Queens-bound E train from the
Kew Gardens-Union Turnpike subway
station with their dog. At some point,
three men boarded the train and began
to antagonize the dog, leading to a dispute
between the men and the couple.
Th e suspects pushed and struck the
couple in the body and face before fl eeing
the scene at the Sutphin Boulevard
subway station. Th e man suff ered a contusion
to nose/eye area and the woman
suff ered pain to her left arm. Th ey
were both taken to Long Island Jewish
Hillside Medical Center in stable condition.
Th e dog was not injured as a result
of the incident.
On Nov. 22, the NYPD released video
of the suspects fl eeing the Sutphin
Boulevard station.

Would-be baby-thief
tries to steal infant from
mother in Corona
Detectives are looking for the man
who allegedly tried to steal a mother’s
child on a Corona street earlier this
week.
Law enforcement sources said the
bizarre incident occurred at 8:35 p.m.
on Nov. 21 in the area of 43rd Avenue
and 111th Street in Corona.
According to police, the suspect
approached a 29-year-old mom as she
pushed a stroller carrying her 10-monthold
child along the street. Cops said he
then put his hand on the stroller and
demanded that she give him her child.
When the woman refused and resisted
his eff orts, police noted, the suspect ran
away from the scene. Th e incident was
reported to the 110th Precinct.
On Nov. 23, the NYPD released video
footage of the perpetrator taken inside
a bar on Roosevelt Avenue shortly aft er
the incident occurred.
Police described the attempted
baby-napper as a Hispanic man in his
20s, standing 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with
a thin build, black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a green hooded
sweatshirt, dark colored pants and
