This full-service branch features a new branch design, advanced technology such as state-of-the-art ATMs, and is staffed with Universal Bankers who can fill a wide range of financial needs. The RXR Plaza Branch Team Diane Walsh joined Flushing Bank as Vice President, Area Manager Long Island/Manhattan. Diane brings more than 30 years of banking industry experience. She spent the majority of her career on the retail side, primarily at EAB (purchased by Citibank in 2001), with past roles that included Area Manager, Small Business Area Manager, and Division Manager. Diane is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to her customers while successfully developing and mentoring her team. Rhonda Pierson-Delorenzo joined Flushing Bank as Vice President, Branch Manager of the new RXR Plaza Branch. Prior to joining Flushing Bank, Rhonda spent 15 years with Citibank N.A., where she successfully held numerous roles including Financial Center Management and Regional Sales and Service Support Manager. She has extensive experience in the financial services industry promoting excellence in customer service and deepening customer relationships through strong sales processes. Jeffrey Friedberg recently joined Flushing Bank as Business Specialist at the RXR Plaza Branch. Before joining Flushing Bank, Jeff was with JPMorgan Chase as a Relationship Manager working closely with 125 clients in his deposit, cash management and credit-related Flushing Bank is a registered trademark opportunities portfolios. Suruj Ramadhin joined Flushing Bank as a Universal Banker for the RXR Plaza Branch. Suruj has more than 20 years of banking experience with Astoria Bank, Capital One Bank and TD Bank. She began her career as a teller and quickly transitioned into an Assistant Manager role which she held for more than 18 years. Her extensive financial services experience includes management, operations, and sales and service. Michael Genova joined Flushing Bank as a Universal Banker for the RXR Plaza Branch. Michael began his banking career in 2012 as a Personal Banker for Citibank, where he was distinguished for his team-building spirit, dedicated work ethic, and consistent delivery of best-inclass customer service.
