Th e event supported the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Middle Village, which will take place next month at Juniper Valley Park. Th e game was also played in honor of Police Offi cer Patrick Winberry, a young offi cer from the 104th Precinct who died suddenly last year. Members of the Winberry family were on hand for the game played at the Maspeth High School auditorium, which the 104th Precinct narrowly won by a 43-39 score.
