 Police seek man who  
 touched teenage girl’s rear  
 in Jackson Heights: NYPD 
 Th  e NYPD is looking for a man who  
 touched the buttocks of a teenage girl in  
 Jackson Heights in February. 
 On Friday, Feb. 14, around 5 p.m., an  
 unidentifi ed man approached a 16-yearold  
 girl and grabbed her rear end as she  
 was walking on the sidewalk in front of  
 89-22 Roosevelt Ave., according to police. 
 Th  e  man  then  fl ed  in  an  unknown  
 direction on foot. 
 Police recovered a cellphone photo of  
 the suspect as part of their investigation. 
 Th  e investigation is ongoing.

 Crooks sought for series of  
 early-morning e-bike robberies  
 in Manhattan and Queens 
 Cops are looking for suspects who are  
 said to be involved in a months-long  
 e-bike robbery spree in Manhattan and  
 Queens. 
 Th e robberies started on Jan. 22. At  
 4 a.m. that day, a 47-year-old man was  
 riding his e-bike eastbound lower level  
 bike path on the Koch Bridge (Queens  
 Plaza and Queensboro Bridge) when two  
 unknown  individuals  approached  him  
 from behind, pulled out a knife and a gun  
 and demanded his bike. Th  e victim complied  
 and individuals then fl ed with the  
 e-bike. Th  ere were no injuries reported as  
 a result of this incident. 
 Th  e  next  incident  took  place  weeks  
 later on Feb. 11. At 4:15 a.m. that day, a  
 32-year-old man was riding his e-bike on  
 First Avenue and East 60th Street, when  
 two  unknown  individuals  approached  
 him from behind and punched him in the  
 face. Th  e suspects then fl ed the scene with  
 the victim’s bike. 
 Th  e suspects struck again just two days  
 later. At 2:45 a.m. on Feb. 13, a 29-yearold  
 man  was  riding  his  e-bike  on  the  
 Queensboro Bridge when three unidentifi  
 ed  individuals  approached  him  from  
 behind  punched  him  in  the  face  with  
 the  bike  lock.  Th  e  suspects  then  took  
 off  with the victim’s e-bike and two cellphones. 
 Police say that at 1:45 a.m. on Feb. 15,  
 a 48-year-old man was riding his e-bike  
 Second Avenue and 59th Street when  
 three unidentifi ed individuals approached  
 him from behind and punched him. Th e  
 suspects then took his bike and fl ed. 
 It was reported that at 3:40 a.m. on  
 March 3, a 40-year-old man was riding his  
 e-bike on the Queensboro Bridge when  
 two unidentifi ed individuals approached  
 him from behind and demanded his bike.  
 Th  e individuals punched the victim in the  
 face and removed his bike and cellphone  
 before fl eeing the scene. 
 Finally, at 2 a.m. March 20, a 19-yearold  
 male victim was riding his e-bike on  
 East 59th Street and Second Avenue when  
 three unidentifi ed individuals approached  
 him from behind and punched him in the  
 face. Th  e crooks then removed his bike  
 and bookbag and fl ed the scene. 
 Th  e suspects are described as being  
 between the ages of 18 and 20 years old,  
 standing between 5 feet, 6 inches and 5  
 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing between  
 150 and 170 pounds.  One was seen wearing  
 a dark green jacket and black pants  
 and the other was wearing a dark jacket  
 with a red and white stripe.

 Cops seek man who tried  
 to burgle an Astoria  
 restaurant twice in less  
 than a week: NYPD 
 Th  e NYPD is looking for a man who  
 allegedly attempted to burgle an Astoria  
 restaurant and club twice within a week  
 last month. On Saturday, March 21, around  
 11:35 p.m., a man broke the front door of  
 Don Coqui Restaurant, located at 28-18 31st  
 St., according to the NYPD. Once inside, the  
 man stole around $8,055 worth of liquor,  
 portable radios and cash before fl eeing in an  
 unknown direction, police say. 
 Less  than  a  week  later,  on  Friday,  
 March 27, around 1:45 a.m., the man  
 again  attempted  to  break  into  Don  
 Coqui, according to the authorities. Th is  
 time, he attempted to enter the eatery by  
 cutting a chain off  of the front door with  
 a power saw but was ultimately unsuccessful, 
  police say. 
 Th  e NYPD recovered video from the  
 second burglary attempt as part of their  
 investigation.
