Christopher Hill was last seen in front of a store located at 80-32 Jamaica Avenue on Friday, February 22.  He is described as 5’7”, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing black Nike sneakers with a red swoosh.  Anyone with information in regards to his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS. 103RD PRECINCT Downtown Jamaica Business District, Hollis Park Gardens, Hollis, Lakewood and Jamaica Rape suspect caught after jumping subway turnstile A man wanted for an August rape was apprehended after he was arrested for subway fare evasion, said police. Last week an officer observed Kenny Campbell, a 30-year-old Jamaica resident, jumping the turnstile at the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer subway station, and immediately placed him under arrest. Afterwards, authorities discovered that he was suspected in a rape that took place in south  central Queens. During the crime Campbell allegedly broke into the victim’s home, strangled her with an electrical cord and raped her. Campbell has been charged for both the rape and theft of service for jumping the turnstile. 113TH PRECINCT St. Albans, Hollis, Springfield Gardens, South Ozone Park, South Jamaica, Addisleigh Park and Locust Manor Off-duty correction officer arrested On Thursday, February 21, Latessha Govan, 37, a NYC Department of Correction officer, was arrested and charged with menacing. 114TH PRECINCT Astoria, Long Island City, Woodside and Jackson Heights Man killed by cop car responding to emergency A man is dead after a patrol car struck him at a Long Island City intersection last week, according to police. Around 12:45 a.m., officers were responding to a 911 call, when their vehicle, traveling eastbound on 40th Avenue, hit an unidentified man crossing northbound between 10th and 11th streets. EMS pronounced the victim dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
