The Greater Jamaica Development Corporation (GJDC) is hereby providing Notice of Intent to nominate its Brownfield Study Area in Jamaica, Queens, for official designation as a Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) by the New York State, Department of State. Successful designation of the Jamaica BOA will make available additional Brownfield Tax Credits for eligible projects, and give project grant or financing applications priority and preference from state, federal and local agencies as allowed by law.
