Chef Sharp has an impressive resume stretching from the Atlantic to the Pacific. In Los Angeles he was the chef at Universal Studios private dining room on the studio lot where he prepared meals for Steven Spielberg, Warren Beatty and Will Smith, to name a few. In New York City, he was the chef at the famed Iguana restaurant in midtown Manhattan. He got out of the kitchen for a while to work as a consultant, setting up several new Brooklyn restaurants that have since gone on to great success. His passion for cooking was calling him back to the kitchen. As opposed to the usual 250 seat, fine dining venues he was accustomed too, he sought something more intimate and challenging. He and Robert Leonard, owner of Cozy Corner, met and well, great things are already starting to happen there.
