 ELFRIEDE MAURER of Ridgewood died Tuesday, Nov. 2, at the  
 age of 88. She was the devoted mother of Karen Varela and Jeff Maurer, 
  grandmother of Chris, Melissa, Michael and Matthew, greatgrandmother  
 of Drew and Olivia and dear sister of the late Richie  
 Schmitt, Freddy Schmitt and Erich Schmitt. Services were offered  
 at Hess-Miller Funeral Home, followed by interment at All Faiths  
 Cemetery under the direction of Hess-Miller Funeral Home, Middle  
 Village.

 MARGARET MCMAHON died Friday, Nov. 5, at the age of 91. She  
 was the beloved wife of the late Daniel and loving sister of Sarah  
 Jane Cassidy, Agnes Catherine Golden, Susan Josephine Sweeney  
 and Bridget Dolphin. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces,  
 nephews, cousins and friends. Mass of Christian Burial was offered  
 at St. Mary’s Church on Tuesday, Nov. 9, followed by interment at  
 Calvary Cemetery, Woodside, under the direction of Papavero Funeral  
 Home, Maspeth.

 the beloved mother of Samantha and Amanda Emma, dearest sister of  
 Rich Ramphal, Arlene Ramphal, Donna Mowell, Sherry St. Hilein and  
 Gregory Ramphal, cherished daughter of Bibi F. Khan and loving aunt  
 of Jennifer Burton, Jeffrey Burton, Tara Ramphal, Ryan Ramphal,  
 Alexis Ramphal, Mikayla and Christopher. Funeral services were  
 held at Papavero Funeral Home on Wednesday, Nov. 10, followed  
 by cremation at Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village, under the  
 direction of Papavero Funeral Home, Maspeth.

 JOHN VASILIOS SHEORIS died Friday, Nov. 5, at the age of 94. He  
 was the beloved husband of the late Phyllis Sheoris, loving father  
 of Dede (Ira) and William H. Sheoris and cherished grandfather of  
 Stephen and Melanie. Mr. Sheoris was a United States Navy Veteran.  
 Funeral  Liturgy was  offered  at  St.  Demetrios  G.O.  Cathedral  on  
 Wednesday, Nov. 10, followed by interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery,  
 Maspeth, under the direction of Papavero Funeral Home, Maspeth.

 was the beloved husband of Theresia Litvay-Sardou, loving father  
 of Lorraine Sardou and Kathleen Sardou and dear brother of Carlos,  
 Jose, Hector, Horacio, Maria Elisa and Maria Clotilde. He is also survived  
 by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral

 Katherine Benfante, Charles Aruta and Daniel Aruta and dearest  
 aunt of Kathy Lee Mannino. She is also survived by many loving

 entombment at St. Michael’s Cemetery, St. Michael II Mausoleum, East
