OBITUARIES
CHRISTOPHER CABREJA died Saturday, Aug. 1, at the age of 30.
He was the beloved husband of Fabiana, loving father of Lukas Christopher
Cabreja, cherished son of Rafaela Christopher Cabreja Arias
and Antonio Rivis, dear brother of Jose Cabreja, Anthony Cabreja,
Yasmin Cabreja and Linet Cabreja and is also survived by many loving
aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A funeral service was held
Friday, August 7 at Papavero Funeral Home, followed by interment at
Pinelawn Memorial Park, Pinelawn, under the direction of Papavero
Funeral Home, Maspeth.

PATRICIA M. BRENNAN died Monday, Aug. 3, at the age of 85.
She was the beloved wife of Jerry Brennan, loving mother of John
Morrisey, Daniel Morrisey, Jeanna Kenna, Michael Brennan, Joseph
Brennan, cherished grandmother of Caitlin, Jennifer, John, Taylor,
Tara, Kevin, Kirsten, Kaela, Kellie, Nicholas and Thomas, greatgrandmother
of Jaiden, Mason, Xavier and Scarlett and dear sister
of Cathleen Boccieri and Peter Coyle.

BARBARA JEAN FROSCH, of Middle Village, died on Sunday,
July 12, at the age of 79. She was the daughter of the late Robert and
Mildred Crosby, wife of the late William (Bill) Frosch, and sister of
Phyllis, Madeline (Cookie), Judy and Margaret, and is also survived
by many nieces, nephews and life-long friend Carol. A private funeral
will be held at All Faiths Cemetery, Middle Village.

MARIA KOESTNER, of Ridgewood, died Sunday, Aug. 9, at the age
of 99. A native of Gottschee, Yugoslavia, and the beloved wife of the
late Franz Koestner, devoted mother of Juliana Lanzer, dear sister of
Ivan Janezic and Pepica Nezika and is also survived by 4 grandchildren
and 5 great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial were
off ered at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal R.C. Church, followed by
interment in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, under the direction
of Morton Funeral Home/Ridgewood Chapels, Ridgewood.
