More Disruptions Affect The 7 Line There will be no 7 train service between Queensboro Plaza and Times Square-42nd Street this weekend, from 2 a.m. Saturday, June 21, until 5 a.m. Monday, June 23; and from 11:45 p.m. Monday until 5 a.m. Tuesday, June 24. During this period, 7 train service will operate between Queensboro Plaza and Flushing-Main Street. From 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, the last stop for some Flushing-bound 7 trains will be 74th Street; trains between 74th Street and Queensboro Plaza will operate every 12 minutes. As alternate service, Q train service will be extended to Astoria- Ditmars Boulevard on Saturday from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. For service between Queens and Manhattan, transfer to the N or Q trains at Queensboro Plaza or Times Square-42nd Street, or the E, F or R trains at 74th Street-Roosevelt Avenue. Free shuttle buses will replace 7 train service in Long Island City -SEE TRANSIT ON PG. 54- TRAFFIC NEWS and Updates New York City Department Of Transportation Because of ongoing construction work at several locations throughout Queens and Brooklyn, the city DOT has announced numerous street closures in local neighborhoods for the upcoming week. The announced diversions are current as of Wednesday, June 18, and weather permitting. The DOT may shut down other roads should the need for emergency repairs arise. Streets and highways that are affected by closures during this week include the following: Street Resurfacing In F. Hills & Wdhvn. One of three lanes in each direction of the Van Wyck Expressway between Jewel Avenue and Union Turnpike may be closed on Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. -SEE TRAFFIC ON PG. 54- Strippers Used VIP Room To Steal Customers’ Big Bucks Drugged Victims In Order To Get Credit Cards Samantha Barbash was cuffed last week for allegedly taking part in a credit card larceny scheme in which they drugged clients to obtain the plastic and make thousands in illegal purchases. According to the charges, beginning late on Monday, agents and officers arrested the four female adult entertainers, Barbash, Keo, Pascucci and Rosen. Vitolo, a manager at RoadHouse NYC Gentlemen’s Club at 32-17 College Point Blvd. in Flushing, was arrested last Wednesday morning, June 11. The DEA’s Tactical Diversion Squad is comprised of agents and officers with the DEA, NYPD, Town of Orangetown Police Department and Westchester County Police Department. The conspiracy charged in the indictment centers on the theft of approximately $200,000 from four victims between Sept. 3, 2013 and Dec. 19, 2013. However, agents believe one or more of the charged Four strippers and a Flushing strip club manager were indicted and arrested last week for their roles in an alleged scheme to drug wealthy victims and charge approximately $200,000 in unauthorized purchases to their credit cards at two New York City gentlemen’s clubs. The suspects were identified as female adult entertainers Samantha Barbash, 30, of Grand Central Parkway in Little Neck; Roselyn Keo, 29, of Normandy Village in upstate Nanuet; Karina Pascucci, 26, of Main Street in Metuchen, N.J.; and Marsi Rosen, 28, of 216th Street in Bayside. Also charged was Carmine Vitolo, 42, of Route 202 in upstate Pomona. As announced by Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G.
