The alleged assailant, Shalarmel Nieves, was attending the party and left around 1:35 a.m., only to return with a gun, wounding three victims by firing bullets into a group that had also been inside, police officials said. The suspect struck three victims in before fleeing the scene on foot, reports said. Wounded in the shooting were a 50-year-old female shot in the leg, a 25-year-old male struck in the foot and a 23-year-old male also shot in the leg. by Matthew Van Deventer A skimming device recently found on a Middle Village bank’s ATM picked up debit card numbers belonging to 15 customers, the 104th Precinct’s commanding officer reported during the Community Board 5 Public Safety Committee meeting last Monday night, May 5, at the board’s Glendale office. According to Capt.
