Project Woodhaven posted on its website a Department of Transportation (DOT) listing of Woodhaven roadways scheduled to be repaved through June.Most of the streets are residential blocks, and work will be conducted during daytime hours. One main artery on the list is Park Lane South between Forest Parkway andWoodhaven Boulevard. Street resurfacing occurs in two stages. First, DOT crews mill, or strip, the existing pavement off the roadway, utilizing a large scarifying machine.
