It was noted that all criminal charges are accusations and all persons listed in this blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty. 104 Precinct Blotter thieves remain at large for allegedly stealing a bundle of cash at gunpoint from a sandwich shop in Maspeth earlier this month. According to police, the holdup occurred at 9:20 p.m. on April 17 inside the Subway shop located at 69-79 Grand Ave. The male and female suspects, one of whom brandished a firearm, entered the shop and demanded cash from the store clerks, authorities said. The workers complied and provided the crooks with an undetermined amount of money. The duo fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. Officers from the 104th Precinct responded to the scene. No injuries were reported. Police described the male suspect as being in his 30s, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds, and the female suspect stands 5 foot 4 inches tall. All calls and messages are kept confidential. Group of attackers wanted for two brutal muggings in Ozone Park They snuck up on their victims and delivered a violent surprise. Three individuals remain at large in connection with a pair of robberies in Ozone Park last weekend that left two victims with significant injuries. Police released on April 21 video footage of the suspects, all of whom are described as black males in their late teens or early 20s who were wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirts and kept the hoods up during both assaults. According to authorities, the first mugging took place at 1:45 a.m. on April 16 in the vicinity of Glenmore Avenue and 76th Street. Reportedly, the three suspects approached a 25-yearold man from behind and knocked him to the ground. They then punched and kicked him about the head and body, then removed his cellphone and wallet. The victim was brought to NewYork-Presbyterian/ Queens hospital for treatment of injuries including two black eyes and numerous head lacerations. Then at 11:25 p.m. on April 17, police said, the same group of attackers assaulted a 32-year-old man in front of a home on 77th Street near Liberty Avenue. According to authorities, one of the suspects approached the victim from behind and struck him in the face with a rock, causing the man to fall to the ground. The assailant was joined by his two cohorts, who punched and kicked the victim about the head and body and removed his cellphone and wallet. Police said the victim was brought to Jamaica Hospital in critical but stable condition after suffering facial and head lacerations and fractures.
