March 31, at the age of 62. He was the
beloved son of Jan and Janina Kiewra,
loving brother of Andrew Kiewra, dear

be off ered at 9:45 a.m. today, Thursday,

DIANE BUSCH died on Thursday,
March 29, at the age of 59. She was the
beloved wife of Matthew H. Busch,
loving mother of Elyse and Stephen
Haller, Lori Busch and Andrea Busch,
cherished grandmother of Abigail,
and dear sister of Linda and Michael
Scherbner and Frank and Tilly Bachmann.
She is also survived by many
loving nieces, nephews and friends. A

on Monday, April 2, at St. Adalbert’s
Church, Elmhurst, followed by interment
at All Faiths Cemetery, Middle
Village, under the direction of Papavero

IRMA T. MORAN of Woodhaven
died on Friday, March 28, at the age of
87. A native of Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico,
she was the wife of the late Julio Moran,
devoted mother of Julio Moran Jr., Esdras
Moran and Dorcas Moran and dear
sister of Ernesto Miranda, Fernando
Miranda, Mirtalina Silva and Manuela
Rodriguez. She is also survived by seven
grandchildren. Services were off ered
at Temple Zion, Jamaica, followed by interment
at All Faiths Cemetery, Middle
Village, under the direction of Morton

JULIO L. MORALES of Brooklyn
died on Thursday, March 27, at the
age of 78. A native of Ceiba, Puerto
Rico, he was the beloved husband of
Carmen L. Ramos and devoted father
of Julio A. Morales, Julio C. Morales,
Yvonne Cruz, Moses Morales, Alma
Morales and Maria Greishbez. He is
also survived by 11 grandchildren and
two great-grandchildren. Services
were off ered at Morton Funeral Home/
Ridgewood Chapels, 663 Grandview
Ave., Ridgewood, followed by interment
at Cementerio Ceiba, Ceiba, Puerto Rico.

ANNE BEIRNE died on Wednesday,
March 26, at the age of 83. She was the
beloved mother of Barbara Beirne James,
Matthew and Kate Beirne, Michael
and Anna Beirne, and the late Kevin
and Corinne Beirne, and cherished
grandmother of Michael, Rory, Kevin,
Courtney, Trevor, Sean and Kennedy.
She is also survived by many loving
nieces, nephews and friends. Mrs.
Beirne was a devout woman of faith and
a longtime parishioner of St. Adalbert’s
Church, and an accomplished social
work professional whose mission was to
help others in relieving their suff ering.
A Mass of Christian Burial was off ered
on Wednesday, April 4, at St. Adalbert’s
Church, Elmhurst, followed by interment
at St. John Cemetery, Middle Village,
under the direction of Papavero Funeral
Home, 72-27 Grand Ave., Maspeth.

died on Tuesday, March 27, at the age
of 23. He was the beloved son of Fidel
Antonio Machuca and Martha Villon,
loving brother of Katherine Machuca
and cherished grandson of Virginia

Heights, followed by interment at Calvary
Cemetery, Woodside, under the
