The arrests were made on March 5 at 66-47 Grand Ave., 66-49 Grand Ave., 65-50 Grand Ave. and 52-01 Metropolitan Ave., police reported. According to detectives, none of the locations had the proper state Department of Education licenses to perform massage therapy. Police identi ed the suspects as Liu Jia- Jia, 33, Li Hai Fang, 33, and Carol Hong, 29, employees at the 66-49 Grand Ave. location; Ning Hao, 34, and Guo Lan, 34, who worked at the 65-50 Grand Ave. location; and Meihua Piao, 51, from the 52-01 Metropolitan In each instance, according to information provided by the Queens District Attorney’s of ce, the suspects agreed to perform standard massages on customers who were actually undercover detectives. During the rubdown, they allegedly offered to perform sex acts on the agents in exchange for additional fees ranging from $60 Two suspects-- Hao and Lan-- allegedly admitted they were not licensed masseuses, it was reported. Hong, Lee and Hao were brought into court on March 6 for a pre-arraignment and are expected back in court on April 14, authorities Jia-Jia, Piao, Hao, Lee and Fang were charged with one count each of prostitution and unauthorized practice of profession.
