Police are asking for the public’s
help with identifying
the suspects involved in the
second of two stabbing cases in
Ridgewood over the weekend.
According to authorities, a
28-year-old man was approached
by three male suspects at 8:40 p.m.
on March 11 along Wyckoff Avenue
near Putnam Avenue.
Aft er a brief conversation, police
said, victim was then stabbed with an
unknown object, suff ering a puncture
wound to his abdominal area.
Offi cers from the 104th Precinct
responded to the incident and the
victim was taken to Kings County
Medical Center for treatment.
Authorities said no property
was stolen from the victim, and the
motive behind the attack remains
At this time, police sources said, the
incident is not believed to be connected
to a triple stabbing that took place
a few blocks away in Ridgewood the
previous night on March 10. (See Page

Police described one of the
suspects as a man with a light
complexion wearing a red hooded
sweatshirt, black sweatpants and
red sneakers. A second suspect
was described as a man with a dark
complexion wearing a camoufl age
jacket, a gray hooded sweatshirt,
blue jeans and black sneakers.
