Burial was scheduled to be off ered at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 3, at St.
Mary’s Church, followed by interment at Calvary Cemetery, under the
direction of Papavero Funeral Home, Maspeth.

RICHARD LIONARONS died Saturday, Jan. 29, at the ahe of 68. He was
the beloved son of Mildred and the late Joseph Lionarons, loving brother
of Susan (Hristos) Lionarons, Dennis Lionarons and the late Kenneth Lionarons
and cherished uncle of Joseph and Victoria. He is also survived by
many loving cousins and friends. He was a longtime music instructor at
Song-and-a-Dance of Maspeth, NY and Monsignor McClancy High School.
A Mass of Christian Burial was scheduled to be off ered at 10 a.m. on Friday,
Feb. 4, at St. Mary’s Church, followed by private cremation at Fresh Pond
Crematory, under the direction of Papavero Funeral Home, Maspeth.

MANUEL FRANCISCO ACOSTA,of Ridgewood/Glendale, died on
Sunday, Jan. 30, at the age of 63. A native of Laguna Salada, Dominican
Republic, he was the beloved husband of Rebeca Acosta, devoted father of
Lorena Acosta and Manuel L. Acosta, loving son of Lorenzo Dejesus Acosta
and dear brother of Angel Acosta and Xiomara Acosta. He is also survived
by four grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be off ered at St.
Brigid’s Roman Catholic Church, Brooklyn, at 9:45 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 4,
followed by interment at All Faiths Cemetery, under the direction of San
Jose Funeral Home Funeraria, Ridgewood.
