REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – Our Lady of the Blessed
Sacrament Catholic Academy in Bayside, Queens, NY is
seeking sealed bids for the installation of security related
enhancements. The project includes: replacement of
25 classroom doors and the Installation of an audible
lock-down alarm/alert system throughout the entire
Academy with 24-hour monitoring as outlined in the RFP.
Specifications and bid requirements can be obtained by

firms will be required to attend a pre-bid site
meeting on Thursday, November 18th at 3:30pm at 3445
202nd Street Bayside, NY 11361. Bids will be accepted
until 12pm on December 17th. Work may commence on
February 22, 2022 but must be completed no later than
July 8, 2022. Selection criteria will be based on attendance
at pre-bid meeting, responsiveness to the RFP, cost
of lockdown system, cost of specified doors, years in
business, and references.
