The arrival of summer on Long Island
means an abundance of luscious fruit
that’s ripe for the picking. Spend a day in
the sun harvesting juicy red strawberries
at these local farms. Check opening
dates as they will vary depending on the
weather.
GARDEN OF EVE
This organic farm and market will be
opening up its strawberry-picking
season during Memorial Day weekend.
Garden of Eve also has fun field
attractions for families, including farm
animals, a hay mountain, and more!

Head out to Mattituck to enjoy Patty’s
Berries and Bunches U-Pick Berries
opening at the end of May, where
