Sales have begun for 11 residences
in a five-story condominium at 31-
19 37th Ave. in the neighborhood of
Dutch Kills in Long Island City.
The condos feature reduced property
taxes through 421-A tax abatement
for the next 10 years. The property
includes one- and two-bedroom
homes as well as one ground-floor
duplex. Residents will have access to
the rooftop lounge, and some condos
have private terraces.
Each residence includes a kitchen
equipped with a Bosch refrigerator,
Whirlpool dishwasher, Frigidaire microwave
and GE oven and stove. The
bathrooms have hardwood floors and
porcelain tile. The condos also include
Mitsubishi HVAC and Samsung washers
and dryers.
The project covers 10,200 square
feet of space. It was developed by GPK
Holdings and designed by Angelo Ng
and Anthony Ng Architects Studio.
The brokerage firm Modern Spaces
is running sales and marketing.
The building is near cultural
centers such as the Museum of
the Moving Image, Aurora Gallery
and ARROW Community House.
