On Sunday, November 12, the Le Havre Art
League once again hosted its annual art show in
the Clubhouse, and in case you didn’t attend, you
missed a beautiful show.
The exhibits included the works of several returning
artists: Dottie Schwartz, Helene Olerich, Jim
Bishoff, Ines Ruiz, Helma Reid, Patricia Brintle,
Esther Singh and Vincenza Russo. Rounding out
the show was Jan Arzooman, who joined the talented
group for the fi rst time this year. Collectively,
these artists represent years of dedication
to their respective crafts in a wide
variety of media, ranging from
photography to oil painting
to jewelry making
and more.
In addition to all
the beautiful displays,
attendees
were treated to
wine and cheese
and got to enjoy
live music as
well. Le Havre
Art League Chair
Judy Densky
explained, “Again,

her magic as buyer and

table, and our own Chuck

a little more fun to the day, there were also raffl es
of art and jewelry, with winners going home with a
very special memento of a lovely afternoon.
Judy summed it up well: “We all had a very good
time at our art show with many more attendees than
usual as the weather was a sunny, clear fall day.
Our fl yers were on the surrounding trees and street
lamps around the neighborhood and in the stores
in the village, which brought new faces and several
families with kids. We look forward to it again next
year!”
