I have 25+ years of experience
in the corporate business world as
a sales and marketing executive.
However, during my career, I have
also served in many non-profi t and
philanthropic organizations within
my community, including a puppy
trainer for Canine for Companions,
a coordinator for children’s summer
Camp, and as a mentor in multiple
youth education programs.
My exposure to both corporate and
service organizations has allowed
me to develop skills in working
with and directing collaborative
teams and managing projects with
a sensitivity to fi scal prudence in
tandem with meeting deadlines.
In addition to my undergraduate
degree in Business, I have an MBA
that I secured 10 years ago while
managing a full time position as a
Marketing Manager for the company
I was employed.
What do you see as the major
priorities for Le Havre for the
next year?
As a Le Havre board member, my
focus will be to work harmoniously
with both the board and fellow
shareholders to provide fi nancially
sound fi scal management that
allows for BOTH short term and
long term planning to maintain the
facilities and amenities we share
and doing so in the best interest of
the shareholders for years to come.
Additional Information:
I am a new shareholder in
LeHavre. For the past 20 years, I
have owned prior apartments in
other cities as well as New York.
Prior to purchasing in Le Havre,
I compared other buildings and
facilities in the surrounding area,
both Condos and Co-ops.
I chose Le Havre because it was
an excellent price value and good
fi t for me with the many amenities
provided. I chose to live here
because of the “neighborhood”
within the Le Havre community,
I have an appreciation of the
diversity we have here and the
many amenities that we share! I
want to retain this environment for
years to come. I desire to serve on
the board to be a part of my new
community and to work with other
shareholders to retain the asset we
share.
