bers Mitch Breidbart, Lori DeStefano, Judy Densky
and Thomas Affatato for their help in pulling this
contract together. A thank you to all Board members
for the time and effort they have extended towards
this project over the past two years.
Stanley also called out Le Havre’s dedicated staff
in keeping the project moving forward. “I have to
give big credit to Margaret Costello, Superintendent
Piotr Moscicki, and Assistant Superintendent
Anthony Ferrante for all of their hard work. Between
the cement work in the portico areas, the proposed
seawall remediation work and everything else,” he
said, “it’s been a huge amount of work.”
Steve interjected, “I have to mention that Stanley
was really amazing at being able to do the financials.”
It should be noted that this project does not involve a
new assessment or an increase in maintenance. For an
initiative of this magnitude, that’s mighty impressive.
The photos and renderings shown here can only
provide you with an idea of the designs, colors and
materials being used. Even with that, it’s clear that
the concept is to use serene, coordinating colors that
will be clean and fresh and that will brighten up all of
Le Havre’s common interior spaces.
Better yet, you can see the actual materials for
yourself in the Clubhouse, where larger renderings,
as well as actual samples of the carpet, tiles and wallpaper
are on display. The project is scheduled to start
this month, so go on over now and get a sneak peek! The mailboxes are color coordinated
