I hope everyone is enjoying the improved weather, especially since we were all confined to indoors during the winter months. As you are aware, spring means the opening of our tennis courts, which will probably take place during the latter part of April, as in previous years. Before you know it, Memorial Day will be upon us which means the opening of Pool #2. Financial: The 8 months ending February 29, 2016 (budgeted versus actual) showed revenues of $10,818,016 (66.32%) of the budgeted amount of $16,310,670 and total expenses of $10,006,905 (64.31%) of the budgeted amount of $15,561,124 as reported by our accountants. Our cement project will be commencing in May or June and we hope to be able to do four (4) buildings during the summer period. The buildings scheduled for the work are #3, 16, 17 & 29, which will make a total of eleven (11) buildings completed by the end of this year. As stated above, our full recreational facilities will soon be in full swing and I suggest that you read the article, in this edition of the Le Havre Courier, highlighting Le Club and its facilities. We are very fortunate to have such a facility on our property at such a reasonable cost to the members. Further to my previous article, we are still investigating the refurbishing of the hallways. Since we have a total of 256 hallways throughout the development we need to do thorough research and budgeting before committing to this project. Thank you again for your continued support.
