Located on a sprawling former estate in Brookville, NY, LuHi Summer
Programs has been the summer home and camp of choice for thousands
of Long Island students for 60 years.
Offering over 30 programs in four 2-week sessions LuHi has something
for everyone. Programs are offered for PreK through high school. Each
2-week session provides the opportunity for families to customize their
needs. Professionals in their specificfi eld direct each LuHi program.
Programs run daily, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 am to 3:45 pm.
Students arrive between 9:00 and 9:25. Buses leave our campus at approximately
4:15. Sign up for one, two, three, or all four sessions. Door to
door transportation is included in the tuition fee of our programs for
those who wish to use it.
Try our New Stem Select program which offers campers hands on experiences
in engineering, robotics and video game design. There are many
other great programs offered as well. Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, Baseball,

A study of emergency care involving victims
of severe brain trauma is to be performed in this area.
Northwell Health, Neurosurgery is conducting a research study to learn if either
of two strategies for monitoring and treating patients with severe traumatic brain
injury in the intensive care unit (ICU) is more likely to help them get better.
Because head injury is a life threatening condition requiring immediate treatment,
some patients will be enrolled without consent if a family member or
representative is not rapidly available. Before the study starts, we will consult
with the community. We welcome your feedback and questions. For more
