rejected MTA Chairman
Patrick Foye’s insulting
contract “offer” of August
14, 2019.
TWU also rejects the MTA’s
recent negative media
campaign that shamefully
paints its workers as overtime
thieves and pampered noshows.
These are despicable

and intentional attacks by the
MTA on the character of thousands of
honest, hardworking men and women of TWU.
New York City cannot function without our bus
and subway system. Transit workers will remain on
the job 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as TWU fights
for a fair and just contract for transit workers.
