Today, 250 Water Street is a parking lot.
Tomorrow, it could be home to Lower
Manhattan’s most significant affordable
housing in decades and save the
South Street Seaport Museum.
WE RECENTLY UPDATED OUR PLAN TO TRANSFORM THE
PARKING LOT INTO MIXED-INCOME RESIDENCES,
OFFICES, RETAIL AND COMMUNITY SPACE.
IMPORTANTLY, AFTER YEARS OF FAILED PROPOSALS, THE
PROJECT WILL GENERATE FUNDING TO SAVE THE BELOVED
SOUTH STREET SEAPORT MUSEUM FROM CLOSURE, ALLOWING
IT TO RENOVATE, FULLY REOPEN AND PLAN FOR EXPANSION.
WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THE PUBLIC HAS THE FACTS ABOUT
OUR PLAN, ENDORSED BY THE NEW YORK TIMES, NEW YORK
POST, AND NEW YORK DAILY NEWS.
