C R Y D E R P O I N T 4 AUGUST Message from the BOARD PRESIDENT Hello everyone, Sewall update: We previously reported that the scope of the seawall project had to be reassessed due to additional damage from heavy rains back in May. All proposals have been reviewed by the Board in consultation with our engineer. The Board is close to making a final decision on the contractor and is reviewing the financials. A special shareholders’ meeting will be held as soon details are firmed up, so stay tuned. Jill Davis As is obvious to anyone entering the property, balcony work is progressing with demolition of the A/B and C/D lines of the 21 Building. The 21 Building is expected to be completed by December. Following a winter break, it’s on to the 01 Building in March/April of 2015. It’s back-to-school time…and let’s see how the kids feel about it. Please enjoy our interviews with a few Cryder Point students, plus one from a teacher’s perspective.
