C R Y D E R P O I N T 4 JUNE Message from the BOARD PRESIDENT Hello everyone, This year’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will once again be held at the Bayside Jewish Center for the Board elections. We look forward to seeing you there. Terrace work is moving along well, with the east side of the 21 Building nearing completion. Preparation for the next phase, the west side of 21, will begin soon; notices will be distributed as to a start date shortly. If you haven’t seen the notice from the Quality of Jill Davis Life Committee for a Cryder Point Cookbook, it’s reprinted here for you. This is a really fun community project, and everyone who has a great recipe (or two) is encouraged to submit theirs. Finally, please join me in congratulating resident Rose Girone, who recently celebrated her 102nd birthday and received a letter from President Obama. Rose agreed to talk to the Courier and share her life with everyone. Thank you Rose!
