4 C R Y D E R P O I N T May Message from the Board President Hello everyone, Pictures tell thousands of words… or in this case, thousands of pounds of boulders lining up along Cryder Point’s riverside. Stephen Vrattos, the editor for the Cryder Point Courier, came down to the property recently and took the terrific photos you see in this issue of the seawall project. I think they provide a really good p e r s p e c t i v e on the level of work being done. Thanks Stephen! In case you missed the recent posting, the memo from the Board regarding status of the seawall and 01 balcony projects is reprinted here. As of this writing, we’re still uncertain about an official pool opening date and assure everyone that we will announce it as soon as we know exactly what’s what. Stay tuned for updates on that. And please save the date: our Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 25th. Details will be forthcoming. In the meantime, best to everyone for an enjoyable spring!
