This is our annual election, and we encourage all to attend and, most important, vote! 2014 Pool Season: Opening Day is Monday, May 26th. “Bagel Brunches” are returning (of course!) beginning on Sunday, June 1st. Contacting the Board: Please e-mail the Board at [email protected] or leave a note with your concierge, at the Management Offi ce or in the Suggestion Box in your lobby. Emergency Contacts: All residents have received a form to provide the Offi ce with updated contact information in the event of an emergency. If you have not already done so, please complete and return the form as soon as possible. Apartment Problems: If you have a problem in your apartment such as heat, plumbing, etc., please contact your Concierge. He/she will notify the Offi ce to provide assistance as soon as possible. Insurance Certifi cates: All residents are required to maintain homeowners’ insurance. Please provide the Offi ce with a copy of your Declarations Page of your homeowners’ policy. Dog Owners: Register your dog! Your dog must wear a CPOC issued medallion anywhere on CPOC property. Dogs observed without a medallion will be assumed not to be registered and owners will be subject to a $250 fi ne. See Stacey in the offi ce to register. There is a one-time $25 registration fee per dog. Dog Walking: House Rules expressly prohibit walking dogs anywhere on the property to relieve themselves; failure to comply will result in a warning and/or $250 fi ne. Please keep your dog on a short leash to prevent them from wandering onto the grass of CPOC property. Message from the BOARD PRESIDENT First, thanks to everyone who has submitted photographs for the Cryder Point Photo Contest. We’ve received some really beautiful pictures, and selected ones will be hung in the renovated Community Room. Remember, you still have time to send in a photo—the deadline is May 31st. Announcement of the Annual Meeting and candidate resume forms have been distributed to all shareholders. There are five seats up for election this year. We encourage all who are interested in serving on the Board to submit your resumes; the deadline for submission is May 26th. Finally, as previously announced, Cryder Point has a new Pool Manager, Steve Warman, who will be starting with us on Opening Day of the pool season. We hope you enjoy reading the interview with Steve and getting to know a little bit about him. That about wraps it up for now. We invite all residents to submit photographs of the grounds, water, bridge, etc. Your reward? Bragging rights that your photo will be a permanent part of our new space! Details: You can take photographs on either a cell phone or digital camera. Please email your submission(s) to board@ cryderpoint.com.
