Thanks to everyone for your patience during the “hiatus.” I’m pleased to announce a contest for all residents to submit photos of Cryder Point to be hung in the Community Room once renovation is complete. Please look inside for details. And finally, we can all welcome Spring with the beginning of landscaping restoration. As previously announced, CPOC has hired Brickman Landscaping for the renovation and ongoing maintenance of the grounds. Our cover photos depict renderings and some of the foliage and flower choices being used on the first phase of the project, which is the east side of the 41 Building.
