Did the law firm representing
you for personal
injuries keep in touch with
you during the Coronavirus
Pandemic?
Once the Governor of
New York directed all business
to close during this
unprecedented pandemic,
Arze & Mollica, LLP immediately
corresponded with
every one of our clients,
providing them with information
and directions for
all upcoming appearances
they might have. Members
of our staff took physical
files home in order to review
and ensure all client’s
cases were being properly
handled.
During the time of the
“lockdown,” our office began
working remotely, and
every client’s medical records

office time to become even
more aggressive in pushing
the Court to look at several
of our client’s files where we
could prove, as a matter of
law, that our client was not
at fault for the accident, and
that the Defendants was the
responsible party.
In almost all cases, an
insurance company is the
true entity which will compensate
our client for the
negligence of a vehicle operator
or owner, building
owners, or business operators.
In reviewing our client’s
files, we identified several
cases that should be resolved
in our client’s favor
by the insurance companies
that represented the
Defendants in our cases.
After identifying these
files, our office aggressively
pursued settlement of these
files, and resolved several
cases by way of significant
money settlements in our
client’s favor.
While the operations at
the Supreme Court of the
State of New York, Civil
Term, presently remain
limited regarding in-person
appearances for emergency
applications, our office has
participated in numerous
video and phone conferences
with the Court, as
well as motion arguments
hoping to resolve various
pre-trial issues which could
pave the way for immediate
resolution once in persons
trials resume in the Court
system.
Finally, we at Arze &
Mollica, LLP, have acquired
the software applications
to conduct different hearings
including depositions
remotely, ensuring that
our clients’ cases continue
to move steadily towards a
just resolution.
