this action is to foreclose a mortgage
upon the premises described
below, dated November 4, 2011,
executed by Athelston Jones to secure
the sum of $735,000.00. The
Mortgage was recorded at CRFN
2011000418673 in the City Register
of the City of New York, Kings
County on December 1, 2011. The
mortgage was subsequently assigned
by an assignment executed
August 2, 2016 and recorded on
August 17, 2016, in the City Register
of the City of New York, Kings
