As students prepare for the 2019-20 school year, Councilman Rafael Salamanca hosted his third annual Back to School Bash and distributed 5,000 book bags with school supplies for local
families. Salamanca thanked Catholic Charities of New York, Community Board 2 and the 41st Precinct for their support in making the event a success.
