40th Precinct
Friday, January 31 at 4:22 p.m. - An individual
stabbed a 26-year male victim multiple
times following an altercation inside of 412 East
149th Street. The suspect fled the scene on foot
eastbound on East 149th Street. The victim suffered
two puncture wounds to his torso and one to
his buttocks. He was transported to NYC Health +
Hospitals/Lincoln in critical but stable condition.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, between
17-19 years old and was last seen wearing
a black hooded sweater, a dark colored coat, black
and white sweatpants and multi-colored sneakers.
Friday, February 7 - An unidentified individual
entered an apartment in the vicinity of Courtlandt
Avenue and East 148th Street by removing
an air conditioning unit from the window. Once inside,
the male suspect removed items from a room
before he was confronted by the 42-year old male
resident and immediately retreated back out of the
window. The male fled the location in an unknown
direction with a backpack and approximately $40.
Wednesday, February 12 at 9:45 p.m. - A 19-
year old female victim was riding the northbound 6
train in the vicinity of the Brook Avenue subway station
when an unknown male individual approached
the victim and began to slash the victim, in an unprovoked
attack, about the head with an unknown
sharp object. The victim suffered deep lacerations
about about the head and hands, causing severe
bleeding and pain. The individual then fled the train
car on foot when the train doors opened and exited
the station to parts unknown. EMS responded and
transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/
Lincoln in serious but stable condition. The individual
wanted for questioning in connection to this incident
is described as a black male in his 20s and
was last seen wearing all dark clothing.
Sunday, February 9 at 2:27 a.m. - Police responded
to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 360
E. 137th Street. Upon arrival, police discovered
a 29-year old male with a gunshot wound to the
chest. EMS responded and transported the male
to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln where he was
pronounced deceased.
Friday, February 14 at 6:36 p.m. - Police responded
to a 911 call regarding an assault inside of
217 Brook Avenue. Upon arrival, officers observed

an unconscious and unresponsive 34-year old male
victim inside the location with multiple gunshot
wounds to the torso. EMS responded and transported
the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln,
where he was pronounced deceased. No arrests
have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
41st Precinct
Sunday, February 9 - 45-year old Robert Williams
was arrested in connection to a police involved
shooting incident. He was charged with attempted
murder, criminal possession of a weapon
and resisting arrest.
42nd Precinct
Monday, February 3 at 6:45 a.m. - An unidentified
male used a cutting instrument to cut
the lock to a construction trailer in the rear of 1260
Webster Avenue and removed two ladders, a vacuum,
multiple light bulbs, gloves, garbage bags and
duct tape. The individual then fled the location on
foot in an unknown direction. He is described as
an adult male with a dark complexion and was last
seen wearing blue jeans, black sneakers, black
hooded sweat shirt and a black jacket and was
carrying a black backpack.
43rd Precinct
Friday, January 10 - A 17-year old male was
walking to school when he was approached from
behind by two unidentified individuals riding a bicycle
in front of 1546 Westchester Avenue. One of
the individuals grabbed an iPhone XR from the victim’s
hand before both individuals fled northbound
on Boyton Avenue. Both individuals are said to be
in their early 20s.
Wednesday, January 22 at 3:45 p.m. - An
11-year old male victim was walking on the street
when an unidentified individual approached him
from behind and removed the victim’s cell phone
from his pocket. The individual then fled on foot
northbound towards East 172nd Street. The phone
had an estimated value of $350.
Friday, January 24 at 8:30 p.m. - A 19-year

old male was walking in the vicinity of Taylor and
Gleason avenues when two unknown individuals
approached him and displayed a knife. The victim’s
cell phone and debit card were removed and
the individuals fled the scene on Beach Avenue towards
Westchester Avenue.
Tuesday, February 4 at 2:10 p.m. - A 47-year
old female victim was in an elevator with an unknown
male individual who proceeded to touch
her buttocks and then grabbed her pocketbook.
A struggle for the pocketbook ensued, at which
time the individual reached inside and removed
her wallet, which contained credit cards and approximately
$600 in cash, before fleeing the location
to parts unknown. There were no reported
injuries as a result of this incident. The suspect is
described as having a dark complexion, approximately
20 years old, between 5’8” and 6’0” tall, a
medium build with a full beard and short dark hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark colored hooded
sweatshirt, a black winter jacket with a patch on
the left shoulder, grey sneakers and black Adidas
pants with whiute stripes.
Friday, February 7 at 5:44 p.m. - An unidentified
individual entered a residential apartment
located in the vicinity of Bronx River and Wheeler
avenues through the front door and removed
clothing, sneakers, jewelry and electronics. The
individual then fled on foot to parts unknown with
the property. He was last seen wearing a light colored
jacket with a fur hoodie, sweatpants, black
and white sneakers, a light colored bookbag and
eyeglasses.
Friday, February 14 at 11:21 p.m. - Off duty
NYPD School Safety Agent Norys Dolmo was arrested
and charged with assault.
44th Precinct
Friday, January 31 - An unidentified individual
entered the mezzanine area of the 161st Street-
Yankee Stadium subway station, when he proceeded
to pour glue into MetroCard readers affixed to
one turnstile entrance and one high wheel entrance
before fleeing the location in an unknown direction.
Tuesday, February 4 at 10:40 a.m. - An unidentified
individual entered a commercial tractor
trailer that was parked in a McDonald’s parking
lot at 1625 Webster Avenue and removed a book
bag belonging to a 34-year old male victim. The
book bag contained an Apple iPad and a Samsung
watch. The individual then fled on foot southbound
on Webster Avenue with the belongings. There
were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
The individual is described as a black male
in his 30s, about 5’6” with a medium build and
was last seen wearing a black jacket with white
stripes, dark jeans and a gray and black cap.
Thursday, February 6 at 2:30 p.m. - A 13-
year old male victim was approached by four unidentified
individuals in front of 1065 Gerard Avenue,
where one of them removed his cell phone.
As the victim attempted to retrieve the phone, he
was punched in the face.
46th Precinct
Tuesday, January 21 at 8:10 p.m. - An unidentified
male entered a residence in the vicinity
of Valentines Avenue and East 184th Street
through an unlocked window along with another
unknown individual. Both individuals removed approximately
$1,500 and two pairs of sneakers and
fled the location on foot in an unknown direction.
Friday, February 7 at 8:44 p.m. - Police responded
to a 911 call of an assault in progress inside
of an apartment unit at 2396 Valentine Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 32-year old
male outside of the apartment, unconscious and
unresponsive, with a stab wound to the chest. A
60-year old male was also discovered with a slash
wound to the face. EMS responded to the location
and transported both males to St. Barnabas Hospital,
where the 32-year old male, later identified as
Christian Montez, was pronounced deceased. The
60-year old male was listed in stable condition and
placed in custody. A knife was also recovered in
the vicinity of the incident location. The investigation
remains ongoing.
Thursday, February 13 at 9:10 a.m. - An unidentified
male approached the bank teller inside an
Apple Bank located at 120 East Fordham Road and
passed a threatening note demanding money. The
male also verbally threatened to shoot the bank employee.
The teller complied and the male fled the
location in an unknown direction with $276.
48th Precinct
Thursday, February 6 at 6:05 a.m. - A 67-
year old male was approached by two unidentified
individuals, who punched him in the face and
fled in an unknown direction. The victim suffered
injuries to his face and was transported to Bronx
Lebanon Hospital for treatment.
Saturday, February 8 at 3:25 a.m. - 38-year
old NYPD police officer Jose Prada was arrested
and charged with assault.
Tuesday, February 11 at 7:09 p.m. - A 27-
year old male victim was approached by two unknown
individuals who forcibly removed the victim’s
cellphone from his pocket. The individuals
fled northbound on Hughes Avenue. No injuries
were reported by the victim.
49th Precinct
Tuesday, January 28 at 4 p.m. - The NYPD
is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a
male individual connected to an assault incident
which took place inside a deli at 1418 East Gun
Hill Road, where a 32-year old male customer got
into a verbal dispute with the unidentified male.
The verbal dispute escalated into a physical confrontation,
when the individual picked up a glass
bottle and struck the customer in the face, causing
a laceration with pain and bleeding. The suspect
then fled the store and drove away in a Jeep
Cherokee to parts unknown. EMS responded and
transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/
Jacobi in stable condition, where he was treated
and released. The unidentified male is described
as being in his 20s and was last seen wearing all
dark clothing.
52nd Precinct
Sunday, December 29 at 10:31 p.m. - The
NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying
an individual who entered and stole money
from a 28-year old female victim’s locked bedroom
located in the vicinity of East 195th Street
and Bainbridge Avenue
Thursday, January 2 at 2:30 p.m. - An unidentified
individual entered a residential apartment
in the vicinity of Creston Avenue and East
193rd Street by forcing the front door open. Once
inside, the individual removed a yellow metal pendant
valued at approximately $40 before he fled
on foot to parts unknown with the property. There
were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
Tuesday, January 28 at 1 a.m. - A 28-year
old male was walking into his apartment building
in the vicinity of Hull Avenue and East 204th Street
when he was approached by an unidentified male,
who punched the victim in the face with a closed
fist and removed approximately $180 before fleeing
in an unknown direction. The victim refused
medical attention at the scene.
Tuesday, February 11 at 2 p.m. - The NYPD
is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 73-
year old Lorenza Moreta, who was last seen leaving
her 2558 Grand Concourse residence. She is
described as 5’2”, 120 pounds and was last seen
wearing a blue jacket with a yellow stripe, black
pants and blue boots.
