The KIPP NYC credo ends with
“as a team and a family, we will

one.” That line has never rung
more true than in the last year as

 their families.
 “Last March, our immediate
 focus was on maintaining overall
 engagement and learning,” said
 KIPP NYC President, Alicia
 Johnson. So, even before school
 doors closed, KIPP NYC began
 setting up hundreds of online
 classrooms and distributed
 thousands of laptops and Internet
 hotspots to families with limited
access. “But as we saw the

For more than 25 years, KIPP
 NYC has been producing out
 standing results while building
 those deep connections with
 families and students. It’s just
 one reason KIPP attendance
 during remote learning has been

above 90%, even at the height
 of the pandemic. The pandemic
 also didn’t stop KIPP’s stellar
 record for high school gradua
