Safe Horizon honors
the Yankees
for their support
The Safe Horizon Bronx Child Advocacy
Center (CAC) unveiled their
newly redesigned therapy rooms Feb.
25. The project was made possible by a
generous gift from the New York Yankees
baseball organization. Brian E.
Smith, SVP, Corporate/Community
Relations of the New York Yankees,
has been a long-time supporter of the
Bronx CAC, responsible for forging the
partnership with the team. Two years
after the initial proposal was submitted
to the New York Yankees, the new
“trauma-informed” redesigned therapy
rooms provide a nurturing environment
for clients visiting the facility.
Safe Horizon extends its sincere
thanks to the New York Yankees for
their unwavering support.
