Woman in critical
condition after driver
T-bones her car
BY KEVIN DUGGAN
A woman is in critical
condition after a
speeding driver blew
through a red light and
T-boned her car in Bedford
Stuyvesant early
in the morning on Nov.
30.
The driver of a Dodge
Charger smashed into
the rideshare vehicle
where the victim was a
passenger at the corner
of Bedford and Dekalb
avenues just before
12:30 am, according to
a spokesman for the
Police Department.
Paramedics rushed
the 32-year-old victim
to Bellevue Hospital,
where she remains in
critical condition, according
to the spokesman.
The two drivers,
both 22-year-old men,
are in stable condition.
The victim’s driver is
also at Bellevue Hospital,
while the other
motorist was brought
to Kings County Hospital.
Police are investigating
the incident
and have yet to make
any arrests, according
to the Department
spokesman.
Surveillance footage
posted on social
media shows the operator
of the sports car
breaking a red light
while heading north
on Bedford, slamming
into the victim and her
driver who were heading
west on Dekalb,
causing the latter to
jump the curb.
The speedster had a
black and white paint
job with the villain
Ghostface from the horror
series “Scream” on
its side and the Instagram
handle @jaydollasofficial_
392 on its
rear driver side window,
reported the Yeshiva
World.
The publication also
posted videos from the
social media account’s
page showing the same
car doing donuts in
a lot; however, no account
under that name
exists anymore.
