to rob a man at Prospect Street
on June 1.
The bruiser punched the
man in the head with a closed
fist causing pain and demanded
money from him at Jay Street
at 4:20 p.m., according to police.
Snatcher
Police arrested a man they
suspect of violently robbing
a man’s phone on the train
at Schermerhorn Street on
June 1.
The victim told cops he was
taking the Queens-bound Atrain
from Jay Street-Metro-
Tech and when the train
stopped at the Hoyt-Schermerhorhn
Streets station the suspect
grabbed his phone and
dashed onto the platform at
12:35 p.m.
He then ran after the guy
yelling at him to give back
the phone before the suspect
grabbed him by the throat for
two seconds before releasing
him, causing minor redness to
his neck, according to cops.
He threw the phone to the
ground and the victim took it
back, but transit police cuffed
the suspect at the station.
Snatcher II
Cops cuffed a man for allegedly
stealing a woman’s phone
on a train near Atlantic Avenue
on June 1.
The woman was riding
on a Coney Island-bound Dtrain
and playing a game on
her phone when the suspect
grabbed it from her hand near
Fourth Avenue at 12:45 a.m.,
according to cops.
The two struggled and the
victim suffered a small scratch
on her knuckle, before the suspect
got a hold of the phone and
fled the train with the woman
in pursuit shouting, “He stole
my phone,” which caught the
attention of transit police, who
chased after the suspect and
caught up with him and placed
him under arrest, according
to cops.
Descending into
violence
Police arrested a woman
for getting into a fight with a
woman inside a Willoughby
Street elevator, which left the
victim with lacerations across
her face on May 30.
The victim told cops she got
into a fight with the suspect
while getting into the elevator
near Jay Street when she became
more irate and aggressive,
causing the cuts to her
face at 3 p.m.
Stick it to him
Police arrested a man they
suspect of hitting a guy with
a branch on Bergen Street on
May 31.
The victim told police that
he was having a conversation
with his family when the suspect
approached him screaming
profanities between Bond
and Hoyt streets at 6:50 p.m.
The victim told the man
to calm down but instead he
picked up a large tree branch
and hit him in the back of the
head, causing a laceration, according
to the authorities.

Goon squad!
A group of baddies robbed
a man on DeKalb Avenue on
May 27.
The victim was walking toward
Hudson Avenue when
four goons surrounded him
and demanded he give them
his phone, bank cards, and
jewelry at 9:05 p.m., according
to cops.
The victim then escaped
into an eatery on the corner of
Flatbush and Atlantic avenues
and the louts followed him and
tried to get his phone’s passcode,
the authorities said.
Tea time
A criminal robbed a Flatbush
Avenue Ext. convenience
store on May 29.
The nogoodnik tried to leave
the store without paying for
his tea drink at noon when an
employee locked the door so
that he couldn’t escape at Fulton
Street.
The ne’er-do-well then
threatened to harm the store
manager until he reopened the
door and the crook fled the
scene, according to police.
Group robbery

him in the head with an umbrella
twice, according to

1.
The victim told cops that
the snake punched him in
the face while he was making
a delivery near Grand
Avenue at 11 p.m.
The bandit then took his
e-bike and fled the scene toward
Classon Avenue, according
to the police.

A brute stabbed her boyfriend
in the hallway of a
Carlton Avenue apartment
building on June 2.
The victim told cops that
the knave pierced him in the
leg with a steak knife near
Park Avenue at 11:30 a.m.
He then brought himself
to Brooklyn Hospital
for treatment, cops said.

A man suffered a laceration
to his elbow after
a jerk hit him with a pole
on DeKalb Avenue on May
31.
The victim told cops he
was stepping out of a store
near Ashland Place when
the mystery menace hit
him with the metal pole at
9:55 a.m.
Paramedics rushed to the
scene and brought him to
Methodist Hospital, according
to the authorities.
Slash attack
A scammer threatened to
post a Washington Avenue
man’s nude photos online
on May 29.
The victim told police he
got talking with the malefactor
on the gay dating app
Grindr between noon and 3
p.m. and sent him naked photos
of himself from his residence
between Willoughby
and DeKalb avenues.
The charlatan then began
sending the victim messages
from various phone numbers
asking for money threatening
to post the pictures on
social media around 4:30
p.m., police said.
The victim deleted his
dating app account but said
that the hoaxer created several
fake social media accounts,
according to cops.

A thief rode off with a man’s
bike he parked on Vanderbilt
Avenue on May 28.
The victim told police he
left his $738 Trek locked up
between Prospect and Park
places at 8 am, and returned
that evening to find his lock
snipped and bike stolen.
No arrests have been made
in the case, which has been
closed, cops said.
Bike bandit
Some crook pedaled away
with a man’s bike he secured on
Fifth Avenue on June 2.
The victim told police he left
his $650 Marin Nicasio chained
up between Bergen Street and
St. Marks Place at 7:45 pm, and
returned a few hours later to
find his ride poached.
No arrests have been made
in the case, which has been
closed, cops said.
Flat-tire fiend
Cops have given up the
hunt for the irate motorist who
kicked a man’s bicycle amid
a Ninth Street road rage incident
on May 31.
The victim told police he
was arguing with the driver
after he hit the man’s 2017
Hyundai with his bike near
Third Avenue, when the enraged
motorist leapt from his
car and kicked a tire on his
bicycle, causing about $150
worth of damage.
No arrests have been made
in the case, which has been
closed, cops said.
Hit and ride
A bicyclist hit a man’s car on
Union Street on June 3, before
pedaling away without owning
up to the collision.
The victim told police he
was getting out of his car between
Sixth and Seventh avenues
at 9:52 pm, when the suspect
rammed his vehicle on
the driver’s side, before taking
off.
No arrests have been made
in the case, which has been
closed, cops said.

A thief puttered away with
a woman’s motor scooter she
parked on Bergen Street on
June 2.
The victim told police he
left she left her 2015 Vespa
near Flatbush Avenue to get

find her low-powered motorbike
stolen.

Cops arrested a woman for
alleged attacking a fellow resident
of a Prospect Place women’s
shelter on May 31, throwing
a chair at her.
The victim told police she
was trying to mediate a dispute
between the suspect and
another woman at the refuge
between Carlton and Vanderbilt
avenues at 1:25 am, when
the suspect hurled a chair at
her, before punching her in
the face.
Police cuffed the suspect
that day on a misdemeanor
assault charge, cops said.

Rough
upbringing
Cops are hunting a man for
allegedly beating his girlfriend
inside a 33rd Street apartment
— while she held a baby —
on May 28.
The victim told police that
she was arguing with her boyfriend
inside the residential
building between Third and
Fourth avenues at 11:05 a.m.,
when he struck her with a twoliter
bottle of ginger ale, before
punching and kicking her.
Throughout her ordeal,
the victim clung to her fivemonth
old child, and when she
attempted to flee, the suspected
alleged smashed her hand in
the door, cops said.
Road rage
Cops cuffed a man for allegedly
punching a guy following
a car accident on E. Fifth
Street on May 28.
The victim told police that
he was involved in a collision
with the suspect near Greenwood
Avenue at 3:30 p.m.,
when the man hurled him from
his vehicle and punched him
in the face.
Cops cuffed the suspect on a
felony criminal mischief charge
that day, cops said.
Beatdown
A gang of 10 men attack
a man and his sister on 52nd
Street on June 2.
The victim told police the
small army of thugs descended
on them near Second Avenue
at 5 a.m., kicking, punching,
and slashing them, before hightailing
it.
Rock head
Police arrested a 22-yearold
man for allegedly throwing
a rock at a woman’s car on
50th Street on June 2.
The victim told police she
was arguing with the suspect
near Third Avenue at 4:15 am,
when he grabbed the rock and
chucked it at her car, before
fleeing.
But the woman gave chase,
and when she caught him, the
man he grabbed her phone and
chucked it to the floor, before
punching her in the chest, cops
said.
Officers arrested the man
that day, charging him with
felony criminal mischief,
cops said.

Police are looking for
the man who stabbed three
teens with a screwdriver
on Flushing Avenue on
May 25.
The tool-wielding
wacko was having an argument
with two 16-yearolds
— a boy and a girl
— and a 17-year-old girl,
near Broadway at 2 a.m.,
when he pulled out the
screwdriver and stabbed
the boy in the back of his
head, before jabbing him
in the torso, according to
police.
The maniac then drove
the tool into the younger
girl’s arm, before stabbing
the older teen in the chest,
cops said.
The three victims made
their way to Woodhull
Hospital following the
attack, and are in stable
condition, according to
the authorities.
