A knife-wielding wacko slashed
a man on the Riegelman Boardwalk
Bench on Sept. 1.
The victim told police the
punk approached him between
Riegelman Boardwalk and Brighton
First Road and demanded
cash at 7:30 p.m., when the victim
refused and the bruiser punched
him in the head and before slashing
him on the left arm with a
knife, police said.
Bruised Fruit
Police cuffed two men for allegedly
nabbing fruit from a Brighton
Beach Avenue bodega on Sept.
5.
An employee told police the
crooks stole food from the store
between Brighton Second and
Third streets at 3 a.m., but when
he confronted the thieves, they
pulled out brass knuckles and a
knife, before fl eeing.
Rude awakening
Cops cuffed a brute for allegedly
choking his fl ame while she
was asleep inside her Gravesend
apartment on Sept. 2.
The victim told police her beau
attacked her inside her bedroom
between avenues V and W at 1:50
a.m., strangling her hard enough
to leave bruise marks on her neck,
police said.
Bad call
Some crooks nabbed a phone
from a man as he was leaving
Grady Playground on Sept. 6.
The victim told police punks
attacked him at the green space
near Brighton Fourth Street and
Brighton Fourth Road at 1 a.m.,
punching and shoving him, before
taking his phone.

Chain drain
A crook nabbed a chain off a
man’s neck on Avenue S on Sept.
8.
The victim told police the thief
latched onto the chain around
his neck near E. 17th Street at
1:50 p.m., prompting a wrestling
match as the owner clutched desperately
to his jewelry.
Sadly, the thief’s grip was
stronger than the victim’s, and he
successfully made off with the illgotten
bling, cops said.

Apple Picking
Thieves stole a straphanger’s
cell phone and other personal
items at the Kings Highway subway
station on Sept. 3.
The victim told police that he
was waiting for the F train near
McDonald Avenue at 3 a.m., when
one the crooks put him in a chokehold,
while the other knocked him
out cold with a punch to the face.
The men took his iPhone, $300,
credit cards, and ID before fl eeing,
cops said.
Jewel heist
A burglar snagged $15,000
worth of jewels from a Guider Avenue
home on Sept. 3.
The victim told police the
prowler snuck into her house near
Guider Avenue at 7:30 a.m., taking
diamond rings and other valuables,
before fl eeing.

Air Heads
Two rascals made off with a
compressed-air dispenser from an
Avenue H gas station on Sept. 2.
The victim told police the two
men loaded the $2,000 machine
into a black SUV at the gas station
near Albany Avenue at 11:15 p.m.,
before driving off with their illgotten
compressor, cops said.
Mall Thief
A thief nabbed a woman’s valuables
as she tried on shoes inside
an Avenue U department store on
Sept. 6.
The victim told police the crook
nabbed her headphones, portable
charger, and credit cards as
she slipped on some kicks at the
retailer near Flatbush Avenue at
5:15 p.m.
No Funds
A crook pilfered a woman’s
bank accounts via an Avenue M
teller machine on Aug. 13.
The victim told police the
crook emptied bank account at
the ATM between E. 52nd and E.
53rd streets at noon.

Yeazy!
Three teens stole the shoes off
a 14-year-old girl’s feet inside a
86th Street burger joint on June
10.
The victim, who waited until
Aug. 22 to report the crime, told
police the young crooks, ages 12,
13, and 16, threatened to beat her
up if she didn’t hand over her
Yeazy sneakers inside the eatery
near Bay 29th Street at 3 p.m.,
and the girl duly handed over her
pricey kicks.
Teen terror
Cops arrested two teens for
allegedly stealing a 22-year-old
woman’s purse on Dahill Road on
Aug. 15.
The victim told police the
teens asked to see her cell near
Avenue P at midnight, and then
punched her in the face when she
refused.
The kids tried to take her
phone, but instead only managed
to grab her purse, before fleeing
heading west along Avenue P,
cops said.
Police canvassed the area following
the assault, and the victim
was able to point out her teen
attackers, cops said.
Porch assault
Two bandits choked out a 43-
year-old man on the front porch
of his 16th Avenue home on Aug.
19.
The victim told police the ruffians
attacked him outside his
home near Bay Ridge Avenue at
2 a.m., strangling him until he
passed out.
When the man came to, he discovered
his cellphone $500, and
Guatemala passport were missing,
cops said.
Rough exit
A thief beat and robbed a 28-
year-old man on 85th Street on
Sept. 1.
The victim told police he was
exiting his building near 20th Avenue
at midnight, when the crook
thrust against a nearby fence
and demanded cash, and the man
handed over $200 after falling the
ground.
Following the assault, the victim
picked himself up, ran down
the street, and called police, but
officers were unable to located
the thief, cops said.
Grand slam
Cops arrested three teens for
beating a 17-year-old boy on 20th
Avenue on Aug. 23, taking his
jewelry.
A witness told police the
thieves sucker punched the victim
near Bay Ridge Avenue at 11
p.m., before body slamming him
and then nabbing his bling.
The victim was able to identify
his attackers following the
assault, and they were arrested
on felony robbery charges, cops
said.

Domestic dirtbag
Some loser assaulted the
mother of his children at a Fifth
Avenue laundromat on Sept. 8.
The victim told police that
she was folding clothes when the
slimeball entered the cleaner
near 61st street at around 6 p.m.,
before pushing her to the floor
and threatening to kill her.
Texting extortion
Police arrested a woman for allegedly
attempting to extort her
ex-boyfriend and his family who
reside on 20th Street on Sept. 2.
The victim, who lives between
Sixth and Seventh avenues, told
police that the suspect allegedly
demanded $2,000 by threatening
him and his children over the
course of several messages between
11:30 a.m. and midnight.
Police arrested the woman
early the following day on felony
charges of grand larceny by extortion,
according to police reports.
Motorcycle theft
A thief stole a motorcycle that
was parked on Prospect Avenue
on Sept. 2.
The victim told police that he
left the motor bike between Ocean
Parkway and Greenwood Avenue
at around 2 p.m., but it was missing
when he returned shortly after
midnight.
Check fraud
A scammer cashed a fraudulent
check that they stole from a
44th Street mailbox on Aug. 12.
The victim told police that he
put the $50 check in the box on
the corner of Fourth Avenue at
around 2 p.m., and his bank notified
him on Aug. 26 that the
scammer had cashed the ill-gotten
check for $5,500.
