Cops cuffed a woman for allegedly
attacking a 96-year-old
woman inside of a Surf Ave.
apartment on July 29.
The victim told police that the
woman hurled her onto her back,
before dragging her into the bedroom
between Shell Road and W.
Fifth Street at 12:30 a.m., police
said.
The victim suffered head and
back injuries as a result of the attack,
cops said.
Bug Off!
Cops arrested a woman for
allegedly dousing her fiance in
chemicals at a Bayview Avenue
home on Aug. 13.
The victim told police that she
was arguing with her groom to be
inside their apartment near Bayview
Ave. and W. 33rd Street at
5:16 p.m., when she poured soap
on his head, that got into his eyes,
cops said.
The man had just cleaned his
eyes out when the woman spritzed
him with Off bug spray, blinding
him a second time, police said.
Bleached!
Cops are searching for the
louse who dumped bleach on
a woman at her W. 24th Street
apartment on Aug. 13.
The victim told police the
punk was banging on her door
between Mermaid and Surf Avenues
at 9:17 p.m., and that he
splashed her with bleach when
she opened the door, causing irritation
and ruining her clothes,
cops said.

Cops cuffed a man for allegedly
stabbing a guy in the leg on
Brighton Sixth Street on Aug. 13.
The victim told police he was
walking to his car between Neptune
and Ocean View avenues at
4 a.m., when the victim attacked
him with the blade, cops said.

Batchelder burglar
Some crook looted $1,000 worth
of watches and sneakers from a
Batchelder Street apartment on
Aug. 13.
The victim told police the thief
entered his apartment located between
avenues Y and X sometime
between 1:20 p.m. and 4:20 p.m.,
before nabbing his valuables and
f leeing the scene, cops said.

Love bites
Cops cuffed a man for allegedly
punching, biting and kidnapping
his former flame near
86th Street on Aug. 12.
The victim told police she was
walking to the train station, between
avenues X and W at 7:55
p.m., when he demanded she give
him her phone, cops said.
When the victim refused, the
suspect punched, choked and bit
her, before shoving her in his car,
according to police.
Fortunately, the victim was
able to escape by jumping out of
the vehicle and hightailing it,
cops said.
Up in smoke
A knife-wielding thief tried
to nab smokes and a wad of cash
from a Nostrand Avenue bodega
on Aug. 16.
The victim told police the thief
approached the counter at the
store near Avenue T at 5:05 p.m.,
when he displayed a knife and demanded
loot, before ultimately
f leeing empty handed, cops said.

Purse snatcher
Cops cuffed two women for allegedly
punching another woman
and stealing her purse on Dahill
Road at Aug. 15.
The victim said that the
women asked to borrow her
phone near Avenue P at 1 a.m.,
when, after the woman refused,
one of the suspects punched her
in the back, while her alleged
accomplice snatched her purse,
which contained credit and shopping
cards.
The suspects booked it with
the stolen handbag, but the victim
joined police for a search of
the area and was able to point
out her attackers, authorities
claimed.
Rough commute
Police arrested a man for
stealing a straphanger’s iPhone
aboard a D train at the Bay Parkway
subway station on Aug. 18.
The victim said that the man
snatched his pircey iPhone X as
the train was pulling into the station
near 86th Street at 11:45 p.m.,
when the defendant sprinted out
of the train, outrunning the victim
as he gave chase, police say.
Trigger happy
Two bruisers shot one man in
the leg and threatened to stab another
on W. 10th Street on Aug.
14.
The victims told police that
the ruffians approached them between
Avenues O and P at 11:46
p.m., demanding their valuables
at gunpoint. The victims resisted,
and the ruffians shot one man in
the leg, and the other goon brandished
a knife, prompting the
other victim to drop his bag and
run away. The injured man was
treated at Maimonides Hospital,
police say.
Lottery looters
A thief snagged $8,000 worth
of scratch-off lottery tickets from
a store on 15th Avenue on Aug.
15.
An employee told cops that the
sneak entered the store between
84th and 85th streets at 10:10 a.m.
and bought a bottle of water before
swiping a small fortune
worth of lottery scratch-offs on
his way out.
Belt bandit
A man stole 30 belts and 18
shirts from a retail store on 86th
Street on Aug. 13, according to
authorities.
The thief swiped the items
from the store between 21st Avenue
and Bay Parkway at 10 a.m.,
before slinking past the register
without paying, cops said.

Sunset stickup
Police arrested a man for allegedly
robbing another man at
gunpoint on Seventh Avenue on
Aug. 10.
The victim told police that he
was walking between 61st and
62nd streets with $7,000 in cash
in a black plastic bag at 4 p.m.,
when the suspect pulled a gun on
him and nabbed the money.
Police tracked down the suspect
and arrested him hours
later on felony robbery charges,
but did not recover the firearm,
cops said.
Apple picking
A thief stole a straphanger’s
cellphone at a Fourth Avenue
subway station on Aug. 6.
The victim told police that
he was aboard the Bay Ridgebound
R train when the pilferer
snatched the phone at around 10
a.m., before f leeing the train as it
pulled into 25th Street.
Inside out
A burglar stole $121,000 worth
of property from a vacant 35th
Street warehouse on Aug. 1.
An employee told police that
the thief entered the storage facility
between Second and Third
avenues sometime between 8 a.m.
and midnight, before nabbing
various electronics and then
hightailing it.
Rude!
A vandal smashed up a parked
car on 55th Street sometime between
Aug. 10 and 11, causing
about $250 worth of damage.
The car owner told police that
he left his car between Sixth and
Seventh avenues at around 7 p.m.,
and returned the next morning
to find his hood dented and side
mirrors cracked.
Cash grab
Cops arrested a man for allegedly
robbing another man on Fort
Hamilton Parkway on Aug. 11.
The victim waved down a patrolman
and told him that the suspect
had punched him and stole cash
from his wallet near E. Fifth Street
at around 6:50 a.m.
The cops tracked down the man
shortly after and arrested him on
felony robbery charges, according
to police reports.
Bad roommate
Police cuffed a man for allegedly
assaulting his roommate at
their 52nd Street home on Aug.
11.
The victim told police that
he began arguing with the suspect
in the apartment between
Seventh and Eighth avenues at
around 1 a.m., when the suspect
allegedly threw his cellphone at
the victim, before punching him
repeatedly.
Police arrived on the scene
and charged the suspect with felony
assault, according to police
reports.
