car on Marine Park Avenue
on July 21.
The couple left their ride between
Avenue S and E.32 Street at
10 p.m. only to return 15 minutes
later to discover their passengerside
window smashed, and a wallet
stolen.
Doored!
A carjacker stole a passengerside
door worth $1,500 missing
from a parked car on E. 58th Street
on July 21.
The victim told police when he
parked his car parked near Foster
Avenue at 5:20 p.m., and returned
just 20 minutes later to fi nd an entire
door missing!

Rough breakup
Some lowlife punched his exgirlfriend
in the head and robbed
her at her W. 32nd Street apartment
on July 16.
The victim told police she and
her former beau were arguing at
the apartment between Mermaid
and Neptune Avenues at 7:45 p.m.,
when he punched her in the head
before stealing her debit card, cops
said.
Tool time
Cops cuffed a man for allegedly
stealing $1,210 worth of tools from a
Bay View Avenue home on July 18.
The victim told police the burglar
pushed the air conditioner
through the front window of his
house between W. 35th and W. 36th
streets at 7:00 p.m., before nabbing
various tools and fl eeing, cops
said.
Rocked
Some nut job beat a man with
a rock outside of a W. 15th Street
store on July 17.
The victim told police a man
walked up to him between Surf and
Mermaid avenues at 12:35 a.m., and
slammed a rock into his face, cops
said. The rock-wielding brute followed
up the assault by stomping
on the victim’s left arm, breaking
it, cops said.
Paramedics rushed the victim
to Lutheran Hospital for treatment,
cops said.

Cash grab
A thief nabbed $40 from a woman
shopping at a Kings Highway store
on July 19.
The victim told police she was
making a purchase at the store
between E. 17th Street and Kings
Highway at 6:30 p.m., when the
robber snatched the cash from her
hand.
The woman chased after the
thief and her stolen money, but the
bandit punched her in the face, before
making good on his escape,
cops said.
Pedaling crime
A burglar nabbed $1,400 worth
of bicycles from an E. 19th Street
home on July 16.
The victim told police the burglar
broke into the storage room
near Quentin Road sometime between
8 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., before
cutting a lock and fl eeing with the
bikes, cops said.
Looted
A burglar ransacked an E. 29th
Street home sometime between
July 14 and July 15.
The victim told police that she
returned to her home near Avenue
Z to discover a bedroom window
ajar, and her passport, jewelry, and
a safe were stolen, cops said.

Tables turned
Police cuffed a 68-year-old man
for allegedly beating a man with a
broom inside an 81st Street green
space on July 15.
The victim, 67, told police that
the defendant approached him at
Milestone Park on near 18th Avenue
at 7:45 a.m., raving about how
the victim was sitting at his table,
before throwing the victim’s bike
to the ground, tossing his coffee at
him, and smacking him repeatedly
with a broomstick.
Maced!
A thief maced two workers after
stealing clothes from their Bay
Parkway store on July 8.
The victims told police that they
attempted to intercept the crook after
spotting him trying to exit the
store between Bay Parkway and
Shore Parkway with stolen clothes

Unfortunately, the goon pulled
out a can of pepper spray and
doused them in the eyes, before taking
off in a white van, cops said.
Scumbag strangler
A lowlife posing as a cop strangled
and robbed a 61-year-old
woman on 23rd Avenue on July 10.
The victim told police the scumbag
approached her between 62nd
and 63rd streets at 2:50 a.m., claiming
he was a police offi cer, before
trying to remove her bag.
When the victim attempted to
call 911, he threw her to the ground
and strangled her, causing her to
lose consciousness, cops said.
Neighbors who heard the victim
scream called police, and a witness
said that the bruiser escaped in a
black sedan, authorities reported.
Pipe scream
Some punks struck a man in the
knee with a pipe on 80th Street on
July 16.
The victim said that a band of
drunken lowlifes approached him
between 12th and 13th avenues
at 9:10 p.m., when they began viciously
pounding on his left knee
with the metal pipe, authorities
claimed. The victim was transported
to Lutheran Medical Center,
where he was treated for his injuries,
cops said.
Rough recovery
A thief stole $9,500 from a man’s
W. Ninth Street home on July 18th.
The victim told authorities that
he had left for surgery the day before,
and returned heavily medicated
to his apartment between
Highlawn Avenue and Avenue S
the following afternoon. When he
woke up the morning of July 19, he
realized the cash was missing, authorities
reported.
His superintendent informed
him that a plumber has entered him
home at 9 p.m. on July 18, and may
have swiped the cash, cops said.

A bruiser beat a man with a
chair after losing a card game on
Eight Avenue on July 21.
The victim told police that the
wacko lost a poker game between
54th and 55th streets at around 11
p.m., causing him to angrily hit the
victim over the head with a chair,
cops said.
Fourth Ave. looter
A thief looted an Metropolitan
Transportation Authority employee’s
government issued car on
Fourth Avenue on July 17.
The victim told police that she
left the MTA vehicle between 43rd
and 44th streets at around 3 p.m.,
and the swindler had smashed the
driver’s side window and stolen
$487 worth of items by the time she
returned an hour later, cops said.
Bob the bruiser
Cops arrested a construction
worker for allegedly assaulting a
man with a brick on 51st Street on
July 17.
The victim told police that he began
arguing with the suspect over
conditions at a construction site
where they worked between Second
and Third avenues at around
9:20 a.m., when the argument escalated,
and the suspect allegedly hit
the victim with a masonry in the
back of the head.
Authorities arrived on the scene
shortly after and took the victim to
NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn,
while they cuffed the suspect on
felony assault charges, according
to police.
Plywood punk
Cops arrested a man for allegedly
hitting another man with a
piece of wood on Seventh Avenue
on July 21.
The victim told police that he
was walking between 49th and
50th streets, when the suspect approached
and allegedly hit him
with a wooden plank at around 6:30
p.m., causing severe bruising, cops
said.
First responders tracked down
the man and arrested him later
that day on felony assault charges,
according to police.
Corner store crook
A bandit looted a Fourth Avenue
convenience store on July 22.
Store management told police
that the perp broke the lock on the
front door of the store near 17th
Street, before stealing $1,000, along
with several cartons of cigarettes
at around 2:30 a.m., cops said.
Sunset scumbag
Cops arrested a man for allegedly
beating another man on Sixth
Avenue on July 19.
The victim told police that he
was near 44th Street when the
victim approached and allegedly
hit him in the face repeatedly at
around 5:45 p.m., cops said.
