However, loaded with student debt and faced with the high prices of New York, they soon realized that two rents might not be an option. The solution they came up with is quite amazing, not to mention cost effective and highly creative. Like any true artists, they made their home their project and even named it their “Cozy Little Home in Queens,” dedicating a website to their efforts (cozylittlehomeinqueens. com).
