Brenman’s Prime Meat Market in Gerritsen Beach has been serving

has owned and operated the shop since 1965, when butcher
Eddie Izzo created the market’s famous Butter Steak, so-called

of Eddie’s son Glenn Izzo, the market offers a full-service deli,
catering and its beloved made-to-order cuts of poultry, pork, beef,
